Getting Started

Before you begin, you will have to create a workout routine. You can either import one of the workouts supplied with IWL by clicking the 'Import' button, or create your own routine.

To create your own routine you wil first need to choose how many different workouts you want to record. For example, if you were currently doing a 3 day split, you would simply put '3' in the box and begin selecting the exercises for your first day. Choose from exercises in any of the tabs, or type your own in any of the empty boxes.

Once you have completed the wizard for all your workouts you will be bought to the main IWL window.
