Shutter v0.4
What use is it?
Use this instead of the normal shutdown if you want extra control.
Why?
Sometimes applications (Winamp, EzDesk, Windows dialup) won't close when Windows tells them to. This causes the shutdown to stall. Also, you may want to clean up some files or data as you conclude your session (C:\Temp, %A_WinDir%\Temp, %A_WinDir%\Recent).
How does it work?
First Shutter checks the command-line parameter (see table below), then it check the initialization file "Shutter.ini" which lives in the same folder as Shutter.exe, to see about the specifics (see Shutter.ini below), and finally it calls the Windows shutdown/reboot process.

When you make a shortcut to Shutter, right-click it and select properties.
In the Target field, append the parameter number you want from the table above.
In the same folder as Shutter.exe is an alternative icon for a reboot shortcut named "ReBoot.ico".
