Pot bets have been completely redone. They should now be accurate except for one case where the necessary information is not easily obtainable which is when you have placed a bet and there have been 2 raises before action comes back to you. Note that this includes the small blind when there is an opening raise preflop.

Added Support for iPoker.
iPoker theme must be configured by editing the pokerpad.ini file. Note that all Colors are in BGR format. Titan theme is default.
Increase/Decrease Bet for iPoker differs from that described in the Usage Notes. iPoker's default increase/decrease by use of the arrow keys is used.
The Numpad Digits (those green in the keychart) are disabled for iPoker due to the inability to determine if the betbox has focus.
The All In*** key is disabled for iPoker due to the inability to determine when the fold/call/raise buttons are present.
